No coffee maker or hair dryer in the room!!! Stained furniture and towels with holes give off a bad impression!!! Uncomfortable mattress detracts from overall experience!!!

Great service and convenient location

The owner was very accommodating and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. We had a clean room that was a short walk to the track, which made our race weekend very enjoyable. However, the rooms could use some updates, particularly with the furniture.

The owner offered us great service and even provided snacks and fruit when we returned late one night. It’s clean, quiet, and only a short walk to the track.
